How would you rate your experience?

Your genuine experience (30–1000 characters)

Illustrative modern fast-food dining area, computer generated, not a McDonald’s location

Editorial standards: We do not fabricate testimonials, buy reviews or give “verified” labels without evidence. An administrator checks visitor submissions before they are made public.

What makes helpful feedback?

Focus on specifics: food temperature, order accuracy, helpful service and restaurant cleanliness. Describe your own experience rather than repeating hearsay.

Need to report a problem to McDonald’s?

These community posts do not reach McDonald’s. Use the official customer service channel for formal complaints or requests.

Submit only information you have permission to share. The database can store thousands of real entries. Nothing is seeded with made-up reviews.
