Privacy Policy — Feedbacks UK
How the independent site uses browser storage, an optional moderated review submission form and basic server data.
Private local journal
If you use the private journal, the rating, selected restaurant area and your comments are stored in your browser localStorage. You can export or delete them from the journal page. They are not routinely transmitted to our servers.
Community feedback submissions
If you voluntarily send community feedback, we process the city, topic, star rating and written comment for moderation and potential publication. Avoid naming staff, providing identifiable personal details or sharing receipt codes. Submissions may be rejected or deleted.
The server temporarily uses a one-way hashed IP reference for anti-spam rate limiting and writes moderation data in a restricted data folder. No public IP address is displayed. We do not purport to verify a purchase.
Your choices and requests
You may decide not to publish a review and instead use the local journal. To request review removal, use the contact details published by the site owner once configured. This starter website does not include an owner email address yet.
No Google Analytics, ad-network scripts or third-party trackers are enabled in this package. If you add analytics, advertising or cookies, update this policy and consent controls as needed.
Photo illustrations and outbound links
Food and restaurant images on this website were generated for this project as illustrative scenes, not images of an actual McDonald’s premises. Links to official McDonald’s pages take you to a separate website with its own privacy practices.
Check the primary source
McDonald’s can change its programmes. For receipt eligibility, genuine vouchers and survey completion, trust its current official services rather than a third-party website.
